bethanyjane > I really dug how the light through the stained glass windows fell on their tomb.
bethanyjane > Fifteen meter entrance arch. The dome was never completed on the Capelas Imperfeitas and all the better for it as the work is open to the sun and sky which were a welcome change for me than the dim interiors of most chuches.

bethanyjane > Every hour they change the guard at the Tomb of the Unknown soldier. It was super interesting.
bethanyjane > After the services were done, Ling and I viewed the interior of the church, which was much less impressive. But it had stained glass light!
